Located on the southeast corner of the 17th Ave NW and NW 56th Street intersection, Vitality on 17th is a mixed-use project developed by Greenbuild Development, LLC. The building was designed for urban living with 88 apartment units, 3 live-work units, and a 1,700 SF corner retail space. Amenity features include a roof deck for resident gatherings with a beautiful view of Salmon Bay, a fitness room, bike parking, and tenant storage. The project differentiates itself from nearby developments by utilizing clean lines, clear geometry accentuated by contrasting color cutouts, and a subdued material and color palette.
