Träd Grand Opening

The Träd Apartments celebrated their soft grand opening on May 13th!

Located in the North City neighborhood of Shoreline, the Träd Apartments include 122 units and 107 parking stalls. Amenities include a large roof deck with 360 degree views and a fitness room. 

The site was formerly a gas station and the project included environmental cleanup prior to construction. The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget despite the challenges of Covid over the last year.
