Recently completed: The Loop Apartments

Located one block from Green Lake, The Loop is a 32,500 SF, six-story, mixed-use apartment building. While the project was challenged to relate to the historic Green Lake Congregational Church to the west, there was an opportunity to provide phenomenal views of the lake and surrounding neighborhood from the spacious roof top deck. The building contains a mix of 45 studios and one-bedroom units with open floor plans, 1,600 SF of retail space on the ground floor, below-grade parking garage, and available bicycle parking for 20.
