Site Visit: Hiatt Ridge

On a rainy Sunday, October 11th last year, a few of our Caron team members went to an Open House for our Hiatt Ridge project located at 14806 81st Ave NE in Kenmore (COVID-19 safety measures were strictly implemented and followed). It is always rewarding to see our designs get built, and know that a family will call it home. The project consists of 4 single-family houses, in a 3,000 SF range with 4-5 bedrooms. The butterfly roof design lends a contemporary look and gives generous ceiling height to the interior, which feels very spacious and bright. We think that the minimal color palette of white, two shades of gray, and stained wood accents turned out quite nicely. We enjoy seeing just how well the wood contrasts with the gray siding to project a warm and inviting feeling.
