Recently completed: GEO Apartments

GEO is a seven-story, 140,130 SF, high-end mixed-use residential development with 164 units and 3,000 SF of commercial space in central Shoreline. Caron Architecture completely redesigned a previously permitted project, made it code and ADA compliant, and simplified the project for constructability and value. Units can benefit from the indoor club room, as well as the common deck at the podium.
