9736 Greenwood Avenue Goes to the DRB for EDG

This coming Monday, February 10th, we’ll present plans for a new mixed-use building in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood to the Northwest Design Review Board for early guidance. The proposed development, in association with Green 15 LLC, will include 48 residential units with two live-work units at ground level, 1,000 square feet of retail space, second-level parking set into the east-west sloped site, bike storage for all residents, and a rooftop amenity space. Its engaging and active street frontage will encourage increased, consistent pedestrian traffic in the area.
