Caron Architecture: Promotions
Caron Architecture has promoted four members in the firm.
Katelin Carter Bonham has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Katelin joined the firm in 2015 as Graphic Designer. She works closely with the Caron team to develop and generate creative content for the firm’s print and digital channels. She has also taken the lead in the firm’s overall marketing and outreach efforts. She is a member of the Seattle chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services.
Andrew Kluess has been promoted to Associate Principal. Andrew joined the firm in 2007 and has been promoted to lead Caron’s mid-rise, multifamily and mixed-use team. He has proven to be a leader in all aspects of his work, creating successful project teams and client relationships. He is currently working on a mixed-use project in West Seattle. His work at Caron includes The Central Apartments at 23rd Ave E & Union St and the 306 Queen Anne Apartments.
Pragnesh Parikh has been promoted to Associate Principal. Pragnesh joined the firm in 2017 and is leader of the firm’s high-rise team. He is currently working on the 8 Tower located in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood and University District Mixed Use high rise project. Pragnesh brings over 30 years of project architect and management experience to the team, having worked on a variety of projects for both public entities and corporate clients, including Boeing, Kemper Development Company, Microsoft, and the Seattle Public Library. Pragnesh has an intimate knowledge of Seattle’s Design Review process and the city’s urban growth strategy having served on the Downtown Design Review Board for four years, reviewing large, complex architectural proposals for the city. He is a Washington State Chapter member of NAIOP – Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
David Reddish has joined Caron as Associate Principal. David joined the team in 2017 and has served as design principal and senior associate at several well-respected Seattle architectural firms, putting him at the forefront of some of Puget Sound’s most notable construction projects in the last 30 years. He is currently designing a mixed-use project in West Seattle. Additionally, a LEED Accredited Professional BD + C member, David leads the firm’s sustainability team, where he’s a regular advocate for low-impact, wellness-promoting architectural design.
