2016 23rd Avenue goes to the DRB for EDG

Next Tuesday, October 18th, we will present plans for a new mixed-use building in Seattle's Atlantic neighborhood to the Design Review Board for early guidance. The proposed development, in association with Chong & Co., will include 100 residential units with five residential units at ground level, 5,840 SF of retail space, below-grade parking, bike storage and a rooftop amenity space. Other notable features include a green roof with resident access, a rooftop solar panel array and a large plaza encouraging pedestrian activities.
