Located in a college town of Eugene, OR, and only ¼ mile from Autzen Stadium, the Flats @ Chase is an 85-unit apartment building oriented toward the student market. This infill site in the Chase neighborhood was actually the last vestige of a plant nursery which had since been surrounded by the development of a large garden-style apartment complex.

The building consists of 2 wings that confluence at a corner of the site, providing a natural location for gathering spaces for the residents.
